Ehsia Wang focuses exclusively on tenant and buyer representation, specializing in medical leasing, property acquisition, and ground-up projects.  After graduating from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2001, Ehsia worked in corporate optometry before starting her own private practice.  Ehsia combines her prior tenant experiences with her extensive knowledge of the Houston market to identify ideal locations for her clients.  She meticulously guides her clients in site selection, market analysis, and term negotiations so that her clients can achieve their real estate goals.  When not at work, you may find Ehsia with her husband and children buying ingredients at the local grocery store for her next batch of chocolate chip cookies or banana apple cake.
